Chartered Project Manager

A leading independent property and building consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Project Manager to join its growing London development and project consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Project Manager, ideally from a Building Surveying or technical background, to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality commercial property projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with investors, developers, landlords and occupiers across the commercial office, residential, retail and industrial sectors. The role offers an excellent combination of project delivery, client management and business development, with genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing consultancy. The Role You will be responsible for managing a range of refurbishment, alteration, extension, fit-out and new-build projects, typically ranging from £1m to £50m. Key responsibilities will include: Providing full project management services from feasibility through to completion. Managing investor-led refurbishment, added-value and new-build schemes. Acting as Contract Administrator and Employer''s Agent where required. Managing project teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
