Chartered Health and Safety Consultant Location: Midlands-based Flexible Working Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 DOE + BenefitsWe are currently seeking a Chartered Health and Safety Consultant to join a highly respected organisation providing outsourced HandS support across sectors including education, retail, and construction. This is a hybrid role offering autonomy, variety, and professional growth within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site and remote support to clients to ensure compliance with health and safety legislationSupport in the development of local policies, risk assessments, and proceduresConduct audits and management reviews, producing improvement-focused reportsAdvise on property-related health and safety matters including Fire Safety, Asbestos, and LegionellaDeliver accredited CPD training, including manual handling, asbestos management, and accident investigationLead and support accident investigations, including reporting under RIDDORMaintain cloud-based systems for eLearning and incident reportingProduce newsletters, bulletins, and maintain records of client visitsEssential Requirements:Chartered status (CMIOSH)Minimum 5 years'' experience in a health and safety roleNEBOSH Diploma or equivalentFull UK driving licenceExperience with digital/cloud-based systemsBackground in consultancy or construction preferredExperience in the education sector is desirableWorking Structure:Monday to Friday, flexible scheduleHybrid role: work from home and ..... full job details .....
