They''re now looking for a Chartered Civil Engineer for their Leicester office. This is a great opportunity for someone technically strong who still enjoys being hands-on, but is also ready to step up into a visible project-facing role-supporting junior engineers, leading technical delivery and helping guide the direction of the team alongside senior leaders. The Opportunity Be the technical lead on civil engineering design across a diverse project portfolio-spanning infrastructure, regeneration, drainage, highways and utilities. Collaborate with landscape architects, urban designers and environmental specialists on projects that create lasting impact. Oversee design quality, support project delivery, and act as a key point of contact for clients and design partners. Support and mentor junior team members-playing a part in developing technical skills and encouraging best practice (without full line management).
