Chartered Building Surveyor to Associate Director Manchester We re working with a highly regarded global property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its established and growing Projects and Building Consultancy team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor who enjoys client-facing work and has a strong bias towards professional Building Surveying services alongside some project-related instructions. The Opportunity You ll be joining a well-resourced team, working closely with investor and occupier clients, including international corporate occupiers and major national and global investment funds. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property types across Liverpool and the wider North West, with particular involvement in: Dilapidations (landlord and tenant) Technical Due Diligence Pre-acquisition surveys Some Contract Administration and project-related instructions Key Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of professional and project-based Building Surveying instructions, with autonomy and minimal supervision Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing instructions and project teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and commercially successful delivery Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards About You MRICS qualified, with 1+ years PQE Solid understanding of both professional and ..... full job details .....
