Location: Exeter | Salary: £45000 - £55000 per annum | Type: Permanent | Chartered Building Surveyor – South West (Exeter-based)

If you’re a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys a genuinely varied workload and the chance to work on some of the most interesting buildings across the South, this could be a great next step.

We’re looking for a versatile chartered surveyor to join a well-established Architecture and Building Surveying team operating across the Southwest. The team works on a broad mix of instructions, offering the kind of diversity that keeps your skills sharp and your days engaging.

You’ll be involved in:
• Project work and design input
• Contract administration
• Building surveys and technical due diligence
• RCAs and specialist reporting
• A wide range of bespoke instructions that make no two weeks feel the same

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration and the opportunity to work on buildings with real character and complexity. You’ll be joining a supportive team with a strong regional presence and a reputation for high-quality work.

If you’d like to explore the role further or are considering applying, pleaase contact Matthew Lovegrove at RGB Recruitment for more information.
