We are looking for a talented Chartered Building Surveyor who can meet our key requirements: Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence individuals at all levels. Ability to interpret and apply legislation and technical standards. Familiarity with computerised administrative, reference, and Building Control management systems.
