Chartered Building Surveyor - Midlands To £70K We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our clients Building Consultancy team across the Midlands. You''ll manage a varied portfolio, undertaking defect diagnosis, preparing schedules of works, and overseeing repair projects for insurers, loss adjusters, policyholders, and private clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed defect diagnosis surveys and prepare costed schedules of works Oversee repair projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes Work across a diverse caseload for loss adjusters, insurers, policyholders, and private clients Manage projects in line with CDM regulations and JCT contract requirements Maintain exceptional customer service standards and uphold professional ethics Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently when required Ensure adherence to client contractual requirements, SLA''s, and KPI''s Requirements Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles Insurance claims experience desirable RICS or similar qualification preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills Experience with JCT contracts, including managing variations, payments, and key milestones Full UK ..... full job details .....
