Chartered Building Surveyor

PROJECT SURVEYOR LONDON An established and growing multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its London team. The consultancy provides Building Surveying, Fire Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services across the UK, with a strong reputation across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation and high-risk building projects. The Role The business is looking for a recently Chartered or APC-level Building Surveyor with a strong project delivery background. The role will be heavily project-focused, with responsibility for a range of schemes valued between approximately £500k and £15m. You will act as a Contract Administrator, Employer''s Agent or Lead Consultant / Project Manager, working across both Design and Build and traditional procurement routes. Projects include: Major façade remediation External refurbishment and renovation Internal common parts Private residential refurbishment Design and refurbishment projects Requirements Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline RICS qualified or working towards Chartership Minimum 5 years'' Building Surveying / Project Management experience Strong JCT contract administration experience is essential Experience acting as Employer''s Agent and/or Contract Administrator Experience managing design teams and project delivery Good understanding of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, Building Regulations and CDM NEC ..... full job details .....
