Your new roleAs a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of professional and project work across commercial properties. Your duties will include conducting building surveys, preparing schedules of condition, undertaking dilapidations work, delivering contract administration services, preparing specifications and managing refurbishment projects. You will work closely with a varied client base, providing high-quality technical advice and building long-term relationships while supporting the continued growth of the Aberdeen office.
