Key Responsibilities: Carry out site visits and property inspections to assess damage and gather the information required to support insurance claims. Assess the extent and cause of damage, providing clear recommendations on the appropriate repairs and remedial works. Prepare detailed reports following inspections, including findings, repair recommendations, scopes of work and estimated costs.
