Chartered Building Surveyor

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Chartered Building Surveyor.Permanent position. This role will be based in Manchester.Salary£45,000-£75,000 (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus + professional development support + additional benefitsKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services.Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology investigations.Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects.Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of contract.Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships with clients.Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements and industry standards.Skills and ExperienceChartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.Broad experience delivering professional building surveying services.Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and PPM programmes.Experience managing refurbishment projects and administering JCT or SBCC contracts.Strong technical reporting, organisation and ..... full job details .....
