The Role

• Work independently across a range of residential and commercial property projects
• Undertake surveys, inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Provide professional advice on building pathology, maintenance and construction
• Manage projects from inception through to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other consultants

• RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
