Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor for their growing Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor to join a highly respected consultancy with a strong reputation across the built environment sector. The successful candidate will become part of an established team delivering a broad range of professional and project-led Building Surveying services to clients across education, commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. The role offers exposure to a varied workload including contract administration, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, technical due diligence, schedules of condition, reinstatement cost assessments, and pre-acquisition surveys. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team.
