Chartered Building Surveyor

We are working with an expanding Building Surveying team in Manchester and seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to contribute to their continued success. Key Responsibilities for the Chartered Building Surveyor Support business development and company growth Lead and develop project briefs with clients and senior colleagues Maintain and strengthen client relationships Conduct site surveys, including measured surveys, condition surveys, and defect analysis Preparing design and specification documents for repair and refurbishment works Managing the procurement and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements Prepare designs, specifications, and tender documentation Administer building contracts (JCT and NEC) Provide professional surveying services Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants Requirements for the Chartered Building Surveyor MRICS Chartered status Experience in commercial, healthcare, or educational properties is advantageous but not essential.
