A long established and highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Chester.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit, supportive team with a genuine pathway to Associate Director, Director and Partner level roles.

The Role - Chartered Building Surveyor
You''ll work across a varied commercial property portfolio, delivering a broad range of professional building surveying services including:

• Commercial building surveys
• Dilapidations
• Schedules of Condition
• Planned maintenance advice
• Expert witness services
• Contract administration and project work

Projects span a diverse range of commercial assets including industrial and logistics facilities, offices, retail, care homes and public sector properties, ensuring no two days are the same.

What We''re Looking For

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Approximately 5+ years'' post-qualification experience
• Strong commercial building surveying background
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Ambitious and keen to progress into senior leadership
