You''ll be involved across a diverse mix of professional and project-based work, working directly with clients and taking ownership of projects from initial instruction through to completion.The Role You''ll be joining a collaborative team where Chartered Surveyors are trusted to take responsibility for their own workload while also contributing to the wider growth of the business.Your work will span a mixture of student accommodation, residential and mixed-use properties, alongside a variety of project and professional surveying instructions.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering a broad range of Building Surveying services across Manchester and the Northwest.Undertaking condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence.Providing dilapidations advice and preparing detailed reports and schedules.Preparing specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation.Acting as Contract Administrator on projects under JCT and ..... full job details .....
