The team has a sustained flow of new instructions from banks and other lenders. It includes more than 30 monitoring specialists nationally, so you would be joining people who can train and support you as you learn the discipline. You''ll advise lenders on development risks across a portfolio of mainly residential schemes, alongside hotel and commercial projects. As your experience grows, you''ll take responsibility for your own instructions, from the initial review through construction and completion.
