We''re working with a well-established charity seeking an Interim Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of one of its community retail sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, engaging with the local community and driving income for a good cause. The role includes responsibility for shop operations, volunteers, customer experience, stock management and achieving income targets. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the shop, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, motivate and support volunteers. Drive sales and maximise income opportunities. Ensure high standards of customer service. Manage stock donations, pricing and merchandising. Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures. Build relationships within the local community to increase awareness and support. We''re interested in hearing from people with: Experience managing a charity shop, retail store, hospitality venue or similar customer-facing operation. Experience leading teams, volunteers or staff.
