This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on supervisor to lead a small civils crew delivering high-quality utility reinstatement, surfacing, and civil engineering works across the region.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities  Lead and supervise a team of up to 6 operatives.  Deliver high-quality civils and reinstatement works, including:  Kerbing  Drainage  Hand-laid tarmac    Plan and coordinate daily site activities, labour, plant, and materials.
