Instabase is seeking our first Channel Account Executive based in London to significantly expand our partner ecosystem across EMEA. Reporting directly to the Director, Channel Sales, this is a foundational role for a strategic and hands-on professional ready to build, recruit, enable, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners. You will drive channel-sourced revenue, increase market penetration, and ensure partners are fully equipped to sell and implement Instabase solutions throughout the region. What You''ll Do
Pioneer Channel Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic channel partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, technology partners) across key EMEA markets, aligning with Instabase''s growth objectives.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Drive Partner Enablement: Develop and execute enablement plans, providing partners with training, tools, resources, and support to position, sell, and implement Instabase''s AI platform.
Collaborate on Co-Selling: Work with direct sales teams to identify joint opportunities, enable co-selling motions, and ensure seamless engagement on customer accounts.
Execute Joint Business Plans: Develop and manage joint business plans with key partners, setting objectives and success metrics to drive pipeline and revenue.
Performance Management and Reporting: Track and report partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contributions to leadership.
Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends and partner ecosystem developments within EMEA to identify opportunities and challenges.
Represent Instabase: Act as an Instabase ambassador at industry events, partner conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
Optimize and Scale: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the channel program, processes, and partner-facing materials for scalability.
What We''re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of progressive channel sales, channel account management, or business development within enterprise software (SaaS, AI, automation, or data platforms preferred).
Regional Expertise: Experience building and managing channel partnerships across various EMEA countries with understanding of regional market dynamics.
Track Record: Success in recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners to exceed revenue targets.
Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to articulate complex value propositions.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and convey the value of AI, ML, and automation technologies to business and technical audiences.
Relationship Builder: Ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with partners.
Tools: Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and PRM systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA as required.
