Change Analyst Salary: 35,000 - £45,000 Location: West Midlands Working Pattern: Hybrid We''re partnering with a large, well established organisation in the West Midlands that is continuing to invest in improving the way services are designed and delivered for customers and colleagues.They are now looking to appoint a Change Analyst to play a key role in driving continuous improvement activity across the organisation. This is a hands on, collaborative role where you''ll work across multiple service areas to identify opportunities, challenge current ways of working and support meaningful, sustainable change.You''ll act as a trusted partner to operational teams, helping them adopt improvement approaches and build a stronger culture of continuous learning and development. The Role In this role you will: Work closely with service teams to understand how processes currently operate and where improvements can be made.Facilitate workshops, service reviews and process mapping sessions to explore challenges and identify better ways of working.Use structured techniques such as root cause analysis to diagnose issues and develop practical, customer focused solutions.Provide an independent and objective perspective, constructively challenging assumptions and encouraging continuous improvement.Support teams in applying improvement methods and embedding a "make it better" mindset in day to day work.Analyse how services connect across the organisation to ensure improvements are joined up ..... full job details .....
