Working 30 hours per week across five days, you''ll play a pivotal role in developing and embedding change management practices across the organisation, supporting a varied portfolio of transformation projects. The Role As Change Specialist, you''ll be responsible for creating and maintaining the organisation''s change management framework, ensuring business change is effectively planned, communicated and adopted. You''ll work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to develop structured change plans, minimise business disruption and maximise successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the organisation''s Change Management Framework, including standards, tools and best practice.
