This is an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Management professional to take ownership of developing and embedding benefits management capability across a portfolio of change initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a portfolio-level subject matter expert, helping to shape how benefits are identified, tracked, governed and ultimately realised across programmes and projects. The Role As Change Portfolio Manager (Benefits), you will work closely with programme teams and stakeholders to improve and mature benefits management practices across the portfolio.
