Create and maintain project documentation, including PIDs, Workflow, Mappings Manage stakeholder engagement. Coordinate digital teams and support project delivery activities. Support workflow mapping, process changes and implementation activities. Adapt to a variety of project requirements as needed. Co-Ordination of activities to drive delivery A broad skillset and ability to support across multiple areas showing a flexible and adaptable change manager with experience working on digital transformation, implementation and change initiatives.   Key Requirements IdentifiedEssential Experience Patient & Clinical systems  Digital services or digital project experience. Change and implementation experience. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects. Flexible and adaptable approach.
