Change Manager - Microsoft 365 Migration Rate: £540p/d (Inside of IR35) Durations: 6 months (w/Extension) part time Working: 4 Days per Week Location: London (1-2 days onsite) We''re currently supporting, one of the UK''s leading consumer organisations, in the search for an experienced Change Manager to join a major enterprise-wide transformation programme. This role will play a key part in delivering a business-wide migration from Google Workspace applications to Microsoft 365, helping drive user adoption, engagement, and organisational readiness across the programme. Key responsibilities: Leading change management activities across the migration programme Driving user adoption and business readiness initiatives Managing stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions Developing and delivering communication and training plans Working closely with programme and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition to Microsoft 365 Ideal experience: Proven Change Management experience within large-scale transformation programmes Previous experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects Experience supporting migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 would be highly beneficial Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work effectively within fast-paced enterprise environments If interested, please apply with your latest CV for further ..... full job details .....
