Contract Change Manager - Supply Chain Hybrid - London circa 2x per week Contract - Inside IR35 Circa 600 - 650 P/d Overview An established organisation is seeking a Change Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme across supply chain and operations. The role focuses on driving stakeholder engagement, delivering effective communications, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct impact assessments and track business readinessEngage and influence stakeholders across operational and corporate functionsDevelop and deliver clear, targeted change communicationsSupport training design, delivery, and adoption trackingMonitor change adoption, identify risks, and support mitigation plansCollaborate with programme teams to align change activities with rollout plansSkills and ExperienceProven experience supporting change in complex, operational environmentsStrong stakeholder management across cross-functional teamsExperience in multi-site or multi-region change programmesAnalytical approach to impact assessment and readiness trackingExcellent communication and organisational skillsDesirableExposure to supply chain or inventory transformation programmesKnowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)Experience within a Retail or FandB environment QualificationsRelevant degree or equivalent experienceChange management certification beneficialThis is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role suited to ..... full job details .....
