Change Manager

Change Manager - 12 Month FTC (Remote) Salary: £60,000-£70,000 base (DOE) We''re recruiting a Change Manager to support a large-scale applications and systems transformation programme spanning approximately 18 months. This role will play a key part in ensuring successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the organisation. You''ll work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to design and deliver effective change strategies, communications, and engagement plans. The role is fully remote and offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend.
