Change Manager Contract: 6 monthsSector: Public Sector Location: Hybrid in London The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver change management and communications activity for a complex transformation programme within a Public Sector organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of change across a dynamic environment, including large-scale organisational transformation and merger activity. The successful candidate will be a hands-on change professional who can bring structure to ambiguity, develop practical solutions, and drive delivery through proactive stakeholder engagement and effective communications. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of comprehensive change management and communications strategies.Create and implement change plans, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption activities.Work across multiple programme workstreams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to change delivery.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide trusted advice on organisational change impacts.Assess change readiness, identify risks and challenges, and develop mitigation plans.Drive engagement activities that support understanding, buy-in, and adoption across the organisation.Develop practical solutions in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments.Monitor and adapt change approaches as programme requirements evolve.Manage communications sensitively ..... full job details .....
