Change Manager

Change Manager Contract - Paying between £550 to £650 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working (On site 2 or 3 days per week), To Start ASAP Your new role We''re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead business change and adoption across a major GIS and technology transformation programme. You''ll work across business, operational and technology teams to ensure stakeholders are prepared for new systems, processes and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Lead change and adoption activities across the programme Complete change impact and business readiness assessments Develop stakeholder engagement and communications plans Coordinate training, knowledge transfer and user readiness Manage change risks, dependencies and adoption challenges Work closely with Programme, Technical and Project Leads through implementation and go-live What you''ll need to succeed Strong experience delivering change across large technology or business transformation programmes Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with change impact, business readiness, communications and training Experience introducing new technology, systems and processes GIS, geospatial or Esri ArcGIS experience would be advantageous What you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
