This role plays a critical part in ensuring change is effectively planned, delivered and Embedded, enabling the organisation to realise sustainable benefits from transformation.Operating as a senior practitioner, you will work closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders to manage change impact, readiness and adoption at scale.
