Head of Change (ERP Transformation) Initial 6-12 Month Project Hybrid Circa £70k-£85k + FlexEast YorkshireA well-established, multi-site consumer-facing organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Change to lead a critical transformation programme on an initial 6-12 month project.This is a dedicated change leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a 3-5 year ERP vision, embedding new ways of working and driving behavioural adoption across a large operational estate.
