A leading media company is looking for a Change Manager to work on partnering with their customers

Position: Change Manager

Location: London, UK

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Duration: 6 months Contract+ possibility of extension

Responsibility:

• Must have extensive Change Management experience - specifically, strong, demonstrable experience in operating model change within multi-stream programmes
• ER transformation experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, and engage with senior stakeholders in complex environment
• Demonstrable problem-solving experience within the context of large change delivery programmes
• In-depth knowledge of the ideas and concepts that underpin best practice change management
