This role ensures all changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner, aligned to financial services regulations and operational best practice.  As a hands-on practitioner, you will drive robust change governance, minimise risk, and support business continuity. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency, control, and continuous improvement across all change activity.
