Change Manager
The Role The Change Manager is an individual contributor responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of changes across client environments. This role ensures all changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner, aligned to financial services regulations and operational best practice. As a hands-on practitioner, you will drive robust change governance, minimise risk, and support business continuity. You will act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency, control, and continuous improvement across all change activity. This role is pivotal in enabling Claranet to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant managed services, while maintaining high standards of customer experience and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end change management lifecycle (planning, assessment, approval, implementation, and review) Coordinate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring appropriate governance and approvals Assess risks, impacts, and dependencies, prioritising changes based on business and regulatory requirements Ensure all changes are documented, communicated, and delivered in line with ITIL best practices Monitor change outcomes, including success rates, incidents, and post-implementation learnings Maintain a comprehensive view of all changes across client environments Act as an escalation point for change-related issues, ensuring timely resolution ..... full job details .....
