Change Manager

Business Change Manager required on a 12 month fixed term contract, to join a large-scale transformation programme within a complex organisation with a significant presence across Scotland and the UK.This is a major transformation initiative covering technology, customer journeys, ways of working and organisational culture. The organisation is investing heavily in modernising how it operate, introducing new technology with the customer experience in mind while supporting its people through a significant period of change.You''ll join an established Business Change function and work alongside project teams, senior leaders and a wide range of stakeholders to make sure transformation is successfully adopted and embedded across the organisation.The CompanyThis is a large, complex organisation operating in an environment where technology, operational efficiency and customer experience are becoming increasingly important to its future.
