Love helping things go smoothly? Help our client unwrap their next big success! We’re looking for a skilled Change Manager to lead a 9-month project focused on the people side of change for a world-famous company.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Change Catalyst who ensures new processes, technologies, and roles are adopted seamlessly by people.

Act as an Independent Problem-Solver, comfortable working with minimal guidance and bringing fresh perspectives to solutions.

Be an Influential Leader who coaches senior leaders and guides managers, helping everyone get excited about new ways of working.

Lead with solid Prosci experience and a deep understanding of the ADKAR model to navigate organizational transitions.

Work largely independently to solve tricky problems and keep the project moving smoothly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in change management with a strong focus on people and adoption.

Solid Prosci credentials and hands-on experience with the ADKAR model.

Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and coach at multiple levels.

Comfort with on-site collaboration 2-3 days per week.
