Change Manager | Banking Transformation Contract | £650 per day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Join a strategic Third Party Risk Management programme supporting a global bank as it introduces a new Target Operating Model. This role will focus on preparing the business for change and ensuring successful adoption across multiple workstreams. You''ll lead change impact assessments, business readiness, communications and stakeholder engagement, working closely with programme leadership to embed new ways of working and support a successful transition into business as usual. Previous Change Management experience delivering large scale transformation within a banking environment is essential.
