Job Title: Change Management SpecialistLocation: Solihull with occasional travel to Halewood, LiverpoolRate: £291 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £217per day on a PAYE basisEmployment Type: Contract (Currently financed until April 2027)Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week Reference: JPosition Description:Responsible for planning and executing business change management, driving adoption for new manufacturing systems. Focuses on changes to business processes and tools. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organisational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Ability to develop communication and change management plans, and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations. Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.Key activities include:Describing and communicating impact of process changes on business roles understanding and articulating the as-is and to-be states via multiple mediasDefining a Change Strategy, agreed with the impacted managers, and delivering on that contractOnboarding Early Adopters and Super Users, usually via a Transition NetworkCreating the Stakeholder Matrix and Audience AnalysisManaging stakeholders and end users in scope for deployment activitiesHosting process walk-throughs / workshops with the SME''s, process authors and relevant business users; ..... full job details .....
