With over 6,000 operational sites and a workforce of 70,000 colleagues, the organisation is implementing enhanced financial control frameworks and governance processes that will impact frontline teams responsible for cash handling and operational compliance. To support this programme, the business is appointing a permanent Change Lead who will play a key role in ensuring these new controls and processes are successfully adopted across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale, business-critical transformation programme that will reshape how governance and financial controls are Embedded across a complex operational environment.
