The successful candidate will help ensure change is not only delivered, but properly adopted, Embedded and sustained across the organisation.You will lead and shape the approach to change enablement across a broad portfolio of programmes, focusing on readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, behaviour change and sustainment.
