As a Change Management Consultant, you''ll lead the delivery of complex business transformation programmes across a range of sectors. Working alongside seasoned consultants and senior client stakeholders, you''ll play a pivotal role in helping organisations successfully adopt change and realise the benefits of major transformation initiatives. Key Skills: Proven supporting or delivering change and transformation programmes Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Exceptional presentation and facilitation capabilities A proactive and solutions-driven approach Strong commercial awareness and a genuine interest in consulting The ability to develop credibility with clients and stakeholders Strong organisational and project management skills Prior experience within a management consultancy or change transformation consultancy (desirable) Working with recognised change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits Location: London (Hybrid working ..... full job details .....
