Description Develop and implement communication strategies for technology change initiatives. Create engaging content tailored to diverse audiences across this hierarchical organisation. Collaborate with project teams to align messaging with overall objectives. Ensure stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for upcoming changes. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns. Provide expert advice on best practices in change communications. Manage communication channels to maintain consistency and clarity. Address feedback from stakeholders to refine messaging as needed. Profile To be successful on this change project the Change Communications Specialist will bring the following skills and attributes: A proven track record in delivering communications for complex technology change projects, particularly with hard to reach audiences.
