Change Communications Lead

LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university Communications Division Change Communications Lead Salary from £42,679 to £51,000 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £54,730 pa inclusive of London allowance. LSE is committed to improving the experience of its diverse internal community. The Change Communications Lead (Education and Student Experience) will play a central role in engaging with teams across LSE to help map, coordinate and enhance communications activity to advance LSE''s strategy and support staff and students. The main duties and responsibilities of the post will focus on internal communications and engagement relating to the delivery of LSE''s strategic vision. The post holder will provide communications leadership and direction, primarily across the LSE Education and Student Experience (ESE) strand of the strategy to guide strategic communications and change activity in this area. Based within the vibrant Communications Division, they will work with a range of stakeholders and partners from across the School including project teams, School departments, divisions and services. The post holder will work closely with the Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management to shape and deliver the portfolio communications strategy, drawing on relationships and insight from colleagues who are delivering the portfolio across LSE, as well as student and staff communication teams.
