Change, Comms and Training Lead
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change, Communications and Training professional to support the group-wide rollout of a Workforce Planning capability across a large, complex organisation. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, including the development and potential facilitation of training. Rate: up to 750pd inside ir35 via umbrella Duration: 12 months Hybird: 3 days a week in London-based office Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end change, communications and training activities for the workforce planning rollout.Adapt and scale existing communications and training materials for multiple business divisions.Develop clear, engaging change messages aligned to the needs of different stakeholder groups.Partner closely with business, HR, technology and program stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.Track change readiness, risks and adoption, adjusting plans as required.Operate at pace and "hit the ground running" in a complex transformational environment.Skills and ExperienceStrong all-round capability across change management, internal communications and training.Experience working within large, complex organisations, ideally gained through a management consulting background (strong preference, though not essential).Exposure to workforce planning or ERP implementations is highly desirable.Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple workstreams and delivering to tight ..... full job details .....
