This role is crucial in providing a comprehensive view of the impacts to people, processes, data, and systems, ensuring that change activities are meticulously planned to support the delivery and sustainability of changes, and ensuring that the business is ready for these changes.Key Responsibilities:Create business change approaches and plans to support key transformation changes.Utilise the Plan, Prepare, Implement and Sustain Methodology to manage key change activities including Change Impact Assessment, Change Team Identification (SME''s, BL''s, Training and Comms resources), and Stakeholder Mapping.Ensure Training and Communication Plans are in place with appropriate resources to deliver.Develop and implement a Change Support Framework and Go Live Model.Identify Critical Success Factors and ensure a Benefits Realisation strategy is in place.Manage business readiness ..... full job details .....
