Job Title: Change and Transformation Communications ManagerLocation: Warwick / HybridContract Type: 6 months with scope to extend About the Role We are seeking an experienced Change and Transformation Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of communications strategies supporting major organisational transformation programmes. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will play a key role in translating complex business change into clear, engaging and strategic communications that help employees understand what is changing, why it matters and how they contribute to successful delivery. This is a highly strategic role rather than a tactical communications position. You will partner with senior leaders, transformation teams, HR, Digital and business stakeholders to develop communications strategies that create alignment between organisational objectives, transformation programmes and employee engagement.
