Role: Change and Release ManagerLength: 12 MonthsRate: 512 per day via umbrellaLocation: 1 day per week in London CANDIDATES MUST BE SOLE UK NATIONALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY Key ResponsibilitiesChange and Release ManagementOwn and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle, from planning through to deployment and post-release review.Ensure effective planning and coordination of releases across teams and stakeholders.Maintain delivery momentum by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.Ensure releases are aligned with business priorities and timelines.Agile and Lean PracticesPromote and embed Agile and Lean methodologies across delivery teams.Coach and mentor team members on the effective use of Agile and Lean tools and techniques.Encourage continuous improvement and iterative delivery practices.Help teams remain focused on high-value outcomes.Team Leadership and EnablementBuild, maintain, and support high-performing delivery teams.Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability within the team.Identify and remove impediments to enable smooth delivery.Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.Stakeholder and Communication ManagementAct as a key interface between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Communicate release plans, progress, risks, and issues clearly and effectively.Ensure transparency and alignment with business and delivery objectives.Commercial and Financial ManagementSupport commercial ..... full job details .....
