We are looking for an autonomous Change and Readiness Manager to spearhead the business transition as they introduce a brand-new mortgage origination platform. To hit the ground running, you will need a strong background in lending and deep familiarity with the mortgage life cycle from broker engagement through to underwriting and processing.
