If you enjoy bringing structure to complex environments and keeping stakeholders aligned, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference.What you''ll be doing: Coordinate change activities across technical and business teams Apply strong planning and prioritisation to support effective change scheduling and governance Use ITIL Change Enablement principles to assess risk and make balanced governance decisions Support change documentation and process discipline, with strong attention to detail Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) tooling (e.g. ServiceNow) to drive visibility and control Contribute to incident, problem, and release management awareness to support smooth outcomesWhat you''ll bring: Experience working in an IT Change Management or Service Management environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to assess risk and consider impact before decisions are made Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping work on track Familiarity with governance processes and change risk/impact assessment techniques Understanding of operational readiness and service acceptance concepts Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow), configuration/asset management principles, and service level ..... full job details .....
