They are looking for a hands-on Change Advisor to join an experienced and supportive programme team, helping employees and managers prepare for, adopt and embed new ways of working.This is an excellent opportunity for a developing change professional to gain exposure to a high-profile implementation programme, working alongside experienced change, project, communications and learning specialists.Rather than developing change strategy from scratch, you will help turn established plans into practical activity.
